Description
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION :
One kit is for one day treatment. From this specially designed kit, one tablet of Pantoprazole, one tablet of tinidazole and one tablet of clarithromycin is to be taken in the morning and similarly one each in evening. Duration of therapy recommended is for seven days.
SIDE EFFECTS :
The drugs of the combikit are well tolerated. Side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea & abdominal pain. Other rare side effects include headache, skin rash, metallic taste, rarely glossitis, stomatitis, urticaria, eruptions, moderate leucopenia
OVERDOSAGE :
There are no studies on overdosage. If in case of overdosage, management should be with symptomatic and supportive therapy.
PRESENTATION :
Pantoprazole, Tinidazole & Clarithromycin are offered in special combikit. Each kit contains 2 tablets of Pantoprazole 40 mg, 2 tablets of Tinidazole 500 mg and 2 tablets of Clarithromycin 250 mg
